  • The individual preforms a variety of manual labor tasks such as but not limited to heavy lifting, movement and/or carrying of items up to 50 pounds or more using safe practices.

  • Must have the ability to follow appropriate work practices; interpret instructions, specifications; operate with dexterity and safety; and use and maintain house tools
  • Relocate office furniture throughout the building
  • May be called upon to preform other labor duties on a routine or case-by-case basis
  • Transports furniture, office equipment and other related items
  • Load and unloads furniture and related material onto and off trucks
  • Uncrates, assembles, install, disassemble, reconfigures and inventories all types of office and/commercial furniture Responsibilities and Duties
  • TYPICAL PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Standing
  • Walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, stooping, reaching
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
  • Climbing on and off of material handling equipment
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D;
  • Three year of customer service experience is desirable, preferably in receiving or warehousing;
  • Familiarity with receiving processes and procedures preferred;
  • Experience operating a forklift, and other material handling equipment preferred;
  • Computer literacy and ability to look up and enter information using a computer;
  • Ability to learn specialized software related to departmental operations;
  • Communication skills to provide procedural and factual information, and respond to questions from customers, employees, and others;
  • Customer service skills to act responsively to customer inquiries and requests;
  • Knowledge of basic business English including vocabulary and spelling;
  • Mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities;
  • Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and common sense skills;
  • Hourly Rate: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour

CDL Class A & B Drivers

  • $18-$20 per hour (Depending on experience)
  • Medical and Dental available W2 or 1099 Direct Deposit
  • Paid weekly
  • Shift: ‪Monday – Saturday‬
  • ‪Monday – Friday‬ ‪07:00am-04:00‬pm
  • Saturday ‪07:00am-02:00‬pm (Optional) Pass a drug test
  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of experiencing operating Dump Truck and be able to drive a manual transmission (10 speed)
  • Drives truck equipped with dump body to transport and dump loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, etc in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ability to safely operate truck and follow rules and regulations governed by the Department of Motor Vehicle, State and Highway rules.
  • Performs pre-trip inspection of the truck assigned for noted damages, flat or worn tires, and travel worthiness.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years Class B Commercial Driver’s License
  • Two years previous experience hauling construction materials
  • Must have a clean motor-vehicle record
  • Must be able to pass drug test, DOT physical and maintain a current medical card
  • Must be able to handle the physical requirements of climbing up and down out of the Dump Truck
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Cannot be under the influence of any prescription medication that would limit or reduce the ability to drive
  • Hourly Rate: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour
